We focus on our special niche, ‘difficult
to do assemblies that require machine and human interface
and that benefit from production flexibility’. Most
of our assemblies are highly specialized and require capable,
knowledgeable and trained employees. Because turnover is very
low, this knowledge is not lost.
All of our correspondences with customers are in English,
unless Spanish is preferred. Communication with our clients
is a critical link in our success and we strive to keep that
link as short as possible. We also have VoIP so that we can
communicate quickly and cost effectively.
We have several engineers on staff and can add more as needed.
There is a large pool of talented individuals locally for
all needed areas of our company, so growth is not a problem.
Building space is also not a problem as there is a great deal
of room to grow internally and within our Free Zone.
Our operators are crossed trained so that we can maintain
an efficient work flow and flexibility.
